This data is held in our CRM system or smartsheet.com, which is securely backed up and encrypted to ensure there are no data breaches.

SOFT OPT-IN RULE
Astound has adopted the ‘Soft Opt-In’ rule for existing customers and companies it has provided a quotation for in the past. The idea is that if an individual bought something or has enquired about a product or service from Astound recently, and did not opt-out of marketing messages, then they are happy to continue to receive marketing messages from us about similar products or services in the future. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
