“Our scheduling process involves detailed conversations between our Operations team and our site supervisors to ensure that the most appropriate staff with suitable skill sets are sent to each job dependent on their experience , skill set and qualifications – such as working at heights , IPAF and the CITB SSSTS for appointed supervisors.”
